Business is in my blood; I was born into it. My family has ventures in tourism, furniture, construction, and architecture. Having managed construction companies from a young age, I wanted to learn intricacies of psychology, of those doing the work, specializing in organizational psychology before studying business leadership.
Earning both Master in Organizational Psychology, and PhD in Business Leadership, my journey into my own practice was inevitable.
However, my preference is for the invisible; digital culture. Through my comprehensive theory of Digital Leadership, I help CEOs align their digital transformation with their organization through cultivating digital culture.
I gained much experience of this, with technology companies. Understanding their culture transformation is different than most silver lined analogue businesses. They really do pave the future.
Technology companies use a network structure to their organization, which is the current trend in digital business. Preferred for its efficiency, I aim to transition more analogue businesses to this type of structure for accelerated uptake of digital transformation and digital culture transformation.
Over the past five years since releasing my comprehensive theory of Digital Leadership, Australian corporates have observed a remarkable 26% increase in successful digital transformation. We still have a long way to go, however, with only 34% of Australian corporates making the leap to digital.
