This has influenced their financial attitudes, making them more cautious about investments and homeownership. Despite facing economic uncertainties, Millennials exhibit a strong entrepreneurial spirit, embracing freelance work and innovative career paths.
Socially, Millennials champion diversity, equality, and inclusivity. They are known for challenging societal norms and advocating for change, whether it be in gender roles, racial equality, or environmental sustainability. This socially conscious mindset distinguishes them from the more conservative values of previous generations.
